Pledges by three Northeast Ohio manufacturers to create a total of 599 jobs are the result of the companies winning state tax credits for their expansion plans. Great Lakes Cheese Co., Morgan Truck Body LLC, and Youngstown Tool and Die Co. are now all set to expand their operations to the tune of $31.2 million in total annual payrolls.
