OH!Manufacturing extends its heartfelt best wishes to Fred Paul, the Business and Industry Coordinator at C-TEC in Newark, on his retirement at the end of June. Fred has a passion for promoting Career Tech education as a prime training ground for preparing youth to enter rewarding careers in manufacturing.

After graduating from the Health Vocational Program at Licking County JVS, Fred worked at both Rockwell and Meritor and served on career-technical education advisory committees including the National ACTE Business and Industry Partnership Board. In 2006, Fred joined C-TEC, where he has been a driving force in growing the adult education program that provides incumbent worker training for Licking County manufacturers.

Fred’s knowledge of the Licking County manufacturing cluster was a great help to OH!Manufacturing in the early days of our MEP program. Using his knowledge assisted us in the task of introducing our services in business development, Operational Excellence, and supply chain development.

We at OH!Manufacturing wish Fred a very happy and healthy retirement!
