In the midst of Manufacturing Week in Lima, Ohio, Lima Mayor David Berger spoke about manufacturing jobs in his weekly briefing on Wednesday, October 3rd. According to the State of Ohio statistics, the region employs more than 8,800 residents in manufacturing positions who average approximately $1,300 in salary per week.
