Approximately 111 acres in Mansfield, Ohio’s Airport West Industrial Park has received a SiteOhio authentication from JobsOhio. The location is one of only eight in the state to receive the authentication. So what does this mean? It means that the site already has infrastructure and utilities ready as well as having all necessary environmental studies completed on it.
Because the location is already in possession of huge water and sewer capacity, electric, natural gas, and fiber-optics, it is ideal for manufacturing according to an article published by the Mansfield News Journal. To find out more about the location and its SiteOhio designation, read the full article.
