Katie Fazekas, a Fabrication Manager at Engineered Profiles LLC, told Plastics News that she was thankful for the second chance that the TAPP Program gave her. After an incarceration that lasted just shy of a year and a half, Katie was released from prison feeling as if she had hit rock bottom. But she wasn’t willing to settle for a permanent place there. The TAPP program, which places restored citizens and military veterans into viable manufacturing positions, offered Katie a second chance.
